Terms and conditions of use

Users: private individuals, companies, craftsmen, shopkeepers, architects, condominium managers, local authorities and administrations looking for one or more suppliers to provide services (construction, renovation, fitting-out, decoration, etc.).
Suppliers: any professional* who can respond to a request for a quote from a user, or who can put a user in touch with a professional who can respond to a request for a quote.

The TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com websites offer a customer/supplier matchmaking service.
To be put in touch with one or more suppliers free of charge, the user must fill in the quote request form corresponding to the services he or she wishes to have carried out.
Suppliers interested in a quote request will then contact the customer directly to draw up a quote and, if necessary, carry out the requested service(s).
The TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com sites do not allow you to obtain a quote automatically by email.
Estimates are drawn up by professionals located close to the place where the requested service is to be carried out.
In most cases, telephone and face-to-face contact is necessary between the user and the supplier so that the latter can draw up an accurate quote.

An initial commission of €80 + VAT is charged for each professional reference, plus a commission percentage on the amount invoiced to the customer.

Customers must feel satisfied.
Note: a percentage of 3% to 15% and enforced, following monitoring and accompanying the work.

Users undertake to use the TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com services for personal purposes and for real and serious services.
Users undertake to provide accurate information in their requests for quotes.
Users undertake to inform TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com as soon as they no longer require contact with a supplier.
Users agree to inform TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com of any change in the content of their requests for quotes.
Any misuse of TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com will be prosecuted.
For example, requests for quotations that are fanciful, or contain false information, or are contrary to good morals, or relate to prohibited or illegal products/services, or are contrary to public order, or usurp the identity of a third party, are considered to be abusive.
Any request for a quote that is not confirmed, is incomplete, is too approximate, or contains false or incoherent information will be systematically deleted.

For the purposes of contact, users undertake to provide complete and accurate contact details so that they can be contacted directly by the TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com sites or by a service provider/supplier able to respond to their requests for quotes.
The user is fully informed that in order to verify his contact details, a telephone call robot may contact him in order to verify the existence and reality of his telephone number, as well as an automated system for his e-mail contact details.
It is hereby specified that users/suppliers may be put in contact with each other by any means, and in particular by a call robot enabling direct telephone contact between users/suppliers and/or verification of their contact details.
Telephone contact may be made at any time by the call robot, and the user is hereby informed that no time slots for automatic telephone contact are provided.
By submitting a request for a quote, the user accepts that contact may be made by any means, including by means of a call robot, and waives any right to claim damages of any kind arising from the use of this call robot.

The user is informed that if he agrees to receive “information and guides relating to [son] project” or “information and advice to develop [son] business activity”, he will receive the newsletter of TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com and commercial offers.
At any time, the user may stop receiving these offers by unsubscribing at the end of each mailing, or by sending a request to unsubscribe by e-mail to dg@travauxservices.fr.

• To be able to respond to requests for quotations, suppliers undertake to :
• respond to quotation requests within 3 days
• get free quotes
• respect commitments and deadlines indicated on quotations
• comply with current regulations and standards
• comply with tax and social legislation imposed by the legislator
• be up to date with compulsory insurance
• provide quality services
• provide high-quality after-sales service

In order to ensure a quality service, any serious breach of one of the above points, directly observed by TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com or reported by a user, will systematically lead to the exclusion of the supplier.
TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com also reserves the right to exclude at any time a supplier that it no longer deems to correspond to the spirit of its service.
However, TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com may not be held liable in the event of a supplier found through its intermediary failing to comply with any of the above points.

• TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com undertake to offer their services free of charge to users and not to charge any commission on the amount of the work.
• TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com undertake to be totally independent of suppliers and not to favour one supplier over another.
• TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com undertake to do their utmost to find, as quickly as possible, one or more suppliers able to respond to a user’s request for an estimate.
• TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com undertake to inform users by email as soon as a supplier has been found and to communicate all the contact details of the said supplier.
• TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com will endeavour to provide up-to-date and verified information to the user, but cannot be held responsible in the event of error, omission or dissemination of false information by the supplier.
• TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com undertake to inform users by email, within 7 working days, in the event that no supplier has been found to respond to the request for an estimate.
  Under no circumstances will TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused by the fact that no professional has been found to respond to a request for a quote.
• In the event that the information provided in the quote request is considered incomplete, too approximate, false or inconsistent, TravauxServices.fr et TravauxServices.com undertakes to contact the user by email or telephone before deleting the quote request, in order to obtain all necessary clarifications.
  In the event that TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com do not obtain a satisfactory response, the quote request will be deleted without TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com being held responsible.
• The service provided by TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com automatically ends once the user has been put in contact with a supplier.
  TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com never intervenes in the commercial relationship (before, during and after the completion of the services requested) between the user and the supplier found through its intermediary but chosen by the user.
  TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com may in no case be held responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused before, during or after the performance of services by the supplier chosen by the user.
• TravauxServices.fr and TravauxServices.com decline all responsibility for the direct and indirect consequences of their relationship.
  It is the sole responsibility of users to check the references, insurance and skills of the suppliers with whom they decide to work.
  The user must take all necessary precautions before signing the purchase order with the supplier and paying the 1st instalment.
